CPR training in Dandenong

Dandenong has trained students for over a decade, with Sabrina running sessions known for sticking — students report retaining the CPR sequence well after the course, not just on assessment day. All three first aid units run here. Rated 4.9★.

What students say about our Dandenong centre

Great company for first aid and CPR training. I have been refreshing my certificates for over 10 years with this company and they have only ever got more and more efficient in their courses. Very practical advice for real life scenarios not just theory. Sabrina at Dandenong is great!
Sophie S· Google review
Great experience doing the first aid and CPR course. Online material was easy to understand. The in person class was good, our instructor Sabrina was clear and made class fun and engaging.

I found Sabrina extremely good at teaching in a way that sticks in my memory. Very knowledgeable and strict while kind in conveying CPR and first aid detailed information that really need to hit home. I look forward to my refreshers!

CPR in Dandenong — FAQ

Where is CPR training held in Dandenong?

At our Dandenong centre: Unit 4, 2–10 Walker Street, Dandenong VIC 3175. All classes are face-to-face.

How much is CPR in Dandenong?

Provide CPR from $45. See the live dates above for exact pricing and to book online.

How do I get to the Dandenong centre?

Reception opens 15 minutes before each session — arrive early if you need to complete any last-minute enrolment paperwork. Dandenong Station and the market precinct are both an easy walk, with metered parking nearby.

Does this certificate work outside the state I train in?

Yes — as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 91399), the statement of attainment is recognised anywhere in Australia. You'll need a USI before it can be issued, which takes a couple of minutes to set up free at usi.gov.au if you don't have one already.

Why is CPR renewed so much more often than first aid?

Compression technique and rhythm are perishable skills — most guidelines and workplace policies treat a 12-month CPR refresh as standard, separate from the 3-year cycle on the broader Provide First Aid certificate. Your specific employer or industry body sets the actual requirement.

What's actually covered in the 90 minutes?

Resuscitation technique across adults, children and infants, recognising when someone needs it, managing choking, and using an AED — all practised hands-on against current Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines, not just watched.

Should I book CPR or the full Provide First Aid course?

If your only requirement is the annual CPR refresh, HLTAID009 alone is faster and cheaper. If you need the broader workplace first aid certificate (most employers do), book HLTAID011 instead — it already has CPR built in, so you're not doing it twice.

Is there anything to do before I arrive?

Yes — a short online module you complete beforehand, so the in-person session is spent entirely on the practical skills rather than the theory.

Do you match a lower advertised price?

If another RTO publicly advertises the same unit for less, send us the details through our price match page and we'll do our best to match it with a discount code.
